Hotel Information

You must register for the TEPSA Summer Conference and have paid with a valid PO number, credit card, or check before booking your hotel room. Once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique link to book your hotel room through our housing bureau Key Bookings.

You will not receive the TEPSA room rate if you call the hotels directly. You must book your room through Key Bookings to receive the TEPSA room rate. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE HOTELS. Reservations must be made through the housing link.

Round Rock city tax is 9%. Additional fees may apply.

Don’t forget to bring your school district state exemption form with you when you check in to your hotel.
Present the state exemption form at check-in, and the hotel will remove the state tax from your room charges.

Need to make changes to your hotel room?
If you cancel your Summer Conference registration, you must cancel your hotel reservation or transfer it to another conference registrant. To avoid additional fees, your room must be canceled or updated within 10 business days of canceling your conference registration. Contact Key Bookings or call 877-205-2871 to update your reservation if you booked through them.

Staying off-site for the conference?
Not to worry, there is ample free parking at the Kalahari and many great restaurants and shops surrounding the conference grounds and overflow hotels.
