Exhibiting Rates

A 50% deposit will be required at checkout in order to confirm reservation. Remaining balance due no later than May 1. TEPSA will send booth assignments in March and make every effort to accommodate your choices.

Wednesday, June 8: 9am-5:30pm (exhibitor lunch 1pm-2:30pm)
Thursday, June 9: 9am-3pm

Booth Package

  • 8’ foot back drape with 3’ side drape

Tables, and chairs are not included in booth package. You are welcome to bring your own or order through Freeman Decorating. Additional booth services such as electricity and internet, must be purchased separately through Kalahari Resorts and Conventions.

Important Dates

  • November 29 – January 3 proposal submissions accepted
  • January 25 – Online exhibitor registration opens (50% deposit required)
  • March – 25 – Booth assignments sent to exhibitors
  • May 1 – Remaining booth payment due
  • June 7 – Move-in: 2pm-7pm
  • June 8 – Move-in: 6am-9am
  • June 8 – Show Hours: 9am-5:30pm (exhibitor lunch 1pm-2:30pm)
  • June 9 – Show Hours: 9am-3pm (passport to prizes drawing 2:30pm
  • June 9 – Move-out: 3pm-7pm

Exhibitor Sessions

Exhibitors are invited to submit session proposals by January 3. Chosen companies are required to co-present with someone from a school campus, district or college/university and must register to exhibit.

Proposals accepted November 29 – January 3.

Passport to Prizes

Each attendee will receive a passport game card with the participating exhibitor name and booth number. The attendee must visit participating exhibitor’s booth to receive a stamp on his or her passport. Once stamps have been collected from exhibitors, passports can be deposited into a drop-box located within the exhibit hall for a chance to win prizes. Grand Prize Drawing will be held Thursday, June 9 at 2:30pm in the exhibit hall.

Participating exhibitor requirements:

  • $99 fee – add on during online registration
  • Provide prize with $50 minimum value
