Exhibit Hall Show Hours
- Tuesday, June 10, 2025: 9am-6:00pm (exhibit hall closed for exhibitor lunch 1-2:15pm)
- Wednesday, June 11, 2025: 9am-11:30am

Important Dates
- January – Exhibitor registration opens (50% deposit required)
- March – Booth assignments sent to exhibitors
- April 1 – Remaining booth payment due
- May 1 – Badge request due
- May 30 – Move-in/out instructions sent to exhibitors
- June 9 – Move-in: 2pm-7pm
- June 10 – Move-in: 6am-8:30am
- June 10 – Show Hours: 9am-6:00pm (exhibitor lunch break 1-2:15pm)
- June 11 – Show Hours: 9am-11:30am (passport to prizes drawing 11:00am)
- June 11 – Move-out: 11:30am-3pm
