Registration
Exhibitor registration will open on January 20. Sign up to be notified when registration is live. Spaces will go quickly.
How to Register
Log in to your TEPSA account and click the registration link. New exhibitors must first create a Company Representative account, then return to the link to complete registration. Reminder: A 50% deposit is required at checkout. American Express is not accepted.

Hotel Reservations
TEPSA 2027 Summer Conference registration opens in January. Room block information will be shared after your exhibitor registration and deposit are received.
Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitation
TEPSA does not contact attendees or exhibitors to arrange hotel reservations. Key Bookings, TEPSA’s official housing partner, will only contact you regarding an existing reservation or in response to an inquiry you have made. Please disregard any hotel reservation calls or emails from companies other than Key Bookings.
Important Dates
- January 20 – Exhibitor registration opens (50% deposit required)
- March 29 – Booth assignments sent to exhibitors
- April 1 – Remaining booth payment due and badge request
- June 1 – Move-in/out instructions sent to exhibitors
- June 7 Move-in: 2pm-7pm
- June 8 – Move-in: 6am-8:30am
- June 8 – Show Hours: 9am-6:00pm (exhibitor lunch break 1-2:15pm)
- June 9 – Show Hours: 9am-11:15am (passport to prizes drawing 11am)
- June 9 – Move-out: 11:15am-3pm
Passport to Prizes – Investment: $199 (Limited Spaces Available)
Each attendee will receive a passport game card with your company name and booth number. The attendee must visit the participating exhibitor’s booth to receive a passport stamp. Once stamps have been collected from exhibitors, passports are deposited into a drop-box located within the exhibit hall for a chance to win prizes. Prize winners will be announced in the conference app on Wednesday, June 9 and will be instructed to visit your booth before the close of the show.
Participating exhibitor requirements:
- $199 fee – add on during online registration
- Prize valued at a minimum of $75
Exhibitor Showcase Session – Investment: $1200 and $900
A 30-minute hands-on demonstration that allows your company to showcase your product or service outside your booth. This is the perfect opportunity to engage attendees, demonstrate value, and start meaningful conversations about your offerings. Please note: Sessions will take place concurrently with conference breakout sessions.
