Notification

Please do not make hotel arrangements or share any personal information through any means other than through TEPSA or Key Bookings. If you receive a call or email from anyone saying they represent TEPSA, please be warned that we do not reach out to you for hotel reservations. This is a deceptive practice and is not in any way affiliated with TEPSA. You will not be contacted by Key Bookings unless there is a question about your existing reservation or in response to an inquiry made by you.

How/where do I book my hotel room?

A TEPSA hotel reservation link to our housing bureau Key Bookings will be emailed to you AFTER you register and submit a valid PO or payment for the TEPSA Summer Conference.

Can I call the hotel directly to reserve a room?

You will be charged a higher rate than that negotiated by TEPSA. If you choose to bypass the official hotel reservation link and make a reservation directly with the hotel, we cannot assist you if you have any issues with your reservation or billing.

Can I pay with a check?

If paying for your reservation by check, the check must be sent in no later than April 28, 2026. Hotels require several weeks to process checks prior to the guests’ arrival. Checks received after April 28 will be returned and you will need to make alternative arrangements for paying the reservations. Checks should be made payable to Key Bookings/TEPSA Housing and mailed c/o Tammy Davison, 400 E. Pratt Street, 10th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202. Purchase orders will not be accepted.

How do I make changes to my hotel reservation?

Contact Key Bookings or call 877-205-2871 to make changes to your reservation if you booked through them. If you cancel your Summer Conference registration, you must cancel your hotel reservation or transfer it to another conference registrant. To avoid additional fees, your room must be canceled or updated within 10 business days of canceling your conference registration.

If I’m staying at a hotel other than Kalahari, can I still enjoy the Kalahari resort amenities?

Absolutely! Amenities at the Kalahari resort are available for all conference attendees to enjoy at the registrant’s expense.

Does TEPSA provide hotel shuttle service to and from other hotels to the Kalahari Resort?

No, but parking at Kalahari is plentiful and complimentary.

Waterpark Passes for Non-Kalahari Guests

TEPSA Summer Conference registrants who are not staying at the Kalahari are eligible to purchase Kalahari waterpark day passes directly from the Kalahari at a discounted price.

Eligible attendees should email Heather to request the discounted purchase link. Eligibility will be verified before the link is shared.

TEPSA does not sell Kalahari waterpark passes and is not affiliated with Kalahari waterpark operations. TEPSA’s role is limited to verifying conference registration eligibility and providing access to the Kalahari purchase link.

Please note:

  • The discount is $10 off the standard Kalahari waterpark day pass price.
  • The ID and credit card used for purchase will be required to pick up your waterpark passes at Kalahari check-in.
  • All pricing, purchasing, refunds, policies, and waterpark-related questions must be directed to the Kalahari. TEPSA cannot assist with these matters.
  • Availability is limited and subject to Kalahari policies.
