How/where do I book my hotel room?

A TEPSA hotel reservation link will be emailed to you AFTER you register and submit a valid PO or payment for the TEPSA Summer Conference.

Can I call the hotel directly to reserve a room?

You will be charged a higher rate than that negotiated by TEPSA. If you choose to bypass the official hotel reservation link and make a reservation directly with the hotel, we cannot assist you if you have any issues with your reservation or billing.

How do I make changes to my hotel reservation?

Contact Key Bookings or call 877-205-2871 to make changes to your reservation if you booked through them. If you cancel your Summer Conference registration, you must cancel your hotel reservation or transfer it to another conference registrant. To avoid additional fees, your room must be canceled or updated within 10 business days of canceling your conference registration.

If I’m staying at a hotel other than Kalahari, can I still enjoy the Kalahari resort amenities?

Absolutely! Amenities at the Kalahari resort are available for all conference attendees to enjoy at the registrant’s expense. A special discount for the waterpark will be available during the TEPSA Summer Conference.

Does TEPSA provide hotel shuttle service to and from other hotels to the Kalahari Resort?

No, but parking at Kalahari is plentiful and complimentary.
