Check-In
Registration begins Sunday at 1pm. Learning starts at 2pm.
View map to hotel. Complimentary parking is available onsite during the day. Overnight parking is $10 per night. Valet parking is not available.

Plan Your Attire
Meeting rooms can get cold—bring a sweater or light jacket.
Professional headshots will be provided by Lifetouch Photography. Plan accordingly to take advantage of this free opportunity!

Sunday Dinner Reception
Meet Molly Garcia and make new friends during this casual gathering. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be available.

Notify Us with Dietary Restrictions
As a reminder, in addition to the Sunday dinner reception, breakfast on Monday is also provided. If you have any dietary restrictions email Joni ASAP. Dietary requests received on site are not guaranteed.

Just a quick walk from the Renaissance, you’ll have the opportunity to unwind, enjoy great food with fellow leaders and learn how Boardworks saves teachers time and engages students with their interactive, TEKS-Aligned resources.
