In January, the Nominating Committee will select the two candidates for each open position who will move forward with the TEPSA Election.

To keep the campaign easy and affordable for everyone, the Executive Committee does not allow any campaign expenses. We have the following opportunities available for you to spread the word about voting.

Campaigning Opportunities

  • TEPSA Board and Standing Committees meeting: You’re invited to address the TEPSA Board of Directors and Standing Committees members at their winter meeting.
  • Candidate Webpage: This is the official link you may use for emails and social media.
  • TEPSA Social Media Takeover: Contact Todd to schedule a social media takeover during the campaign. You’ll be in charge of TEPSA’s social media account for the day. Share information about your school, your professional experience, and all the reasons you’re the right person to serve on the Executive Committee.
  • Your Region Meetup: Be sure to speak at your region meeting, and ask your colleagues to spread the word about your campaign.
Other Region Meetups: Because expenses are prohibited, there is not an opportunity to speak at other region meetings. Contact your colleagues on the TEPSA Board of Directors, and ask them to share the word about your campaign.
  • Review the election timeline to see when the TEPSA office is sending communications about the campaign. We will also promote and tag you on all forms of social media. Be sure to tag @TEPSATalk and #WeLeadTX in your posts.
