Pre-planning Checklist for State Officer or Staff Presentations

  • Confirm date at Leadership Conference.
  • Send copy of your region newsletter or email to speaker.
  • If an overnight stay is required, recommend the nearest hotel with phone number. TEPSA will make hotel and travel arrangements.
  • If the speaker is flying to your location, confirm arrival and departure times and arrange for transportation to and from meeting.
  • Inform presenter of expected attendance for purposes of handouts, one week in advance.
  • Reconfirm day/date/time/location and travel. Indicate amount of time available for presentation.
  • If the meeting is in the spring, invite the speaker to participate in your officer installation.

 

Other TEPSA Services

  • A package of TEPSA publications will be shipped to the region president approximately two weeks prior to the meeting. The materials are for display or distribution at your region meeting.
  • TEPSA can ship TEPSA products for door prizes if you did not select any at the Leadership Conference. An invoice will be included with the products for your region treasurer.
