“Public education moves fast, and staying ahead of the curve is a constant challenge. TEPSA has been my go-to for keeping up with legislative shifts, policy updates and new instructional trends. Because I’m informed early, I can lead with a plan instead of just reacting to changes—and that stability makes a real difference for my staff and our students.” – Joshua K., Principal

“Being an administrator for over 17 years can sometimes feel like a lonely journey, but TEPSA has given me a community of educational leaders who truly understand the ‘heart work’ and the unique weight we carry. This network has been my professional lifeline, providing 21st century tools and the confidence I needed to turn complex policies into real-world success for my teachers and students.” -Rebecca H., Program Administrator

“Being a member of TEPSA has helped me build community. Being new to the principal position, it has been a huge help to have other leaders to call on for advice. It can be lonely in this position, so having people to call on to offer judgement-free advice is essential.” – Michael J., Principal
