Note: One lavaliere microphone (as needed based on room size), screen and projector with power strip/extension cord are provided in each room. TEPSA does not provide a laptop, multiple microphones or speakers/house sound. These may be added at the presenter's expense and must be reserved in advance. While internet access is provided, please be prepared to present your session without internet access in the event of a technical problem at the hotel. If using Prezi, Google Slides, Canva or another cloud based presentation, be sure to save a local copy on your computer in the event the internet is not available.

The Renaissance fills extremely fast so TEPSA has reserved a block of rooms for presenters. Each selected session will qualify for 1 reservation in the speaker room block. Speakers will be responsible for making their own reservations. Once session selection is complete in late March, presenters will be given a reservation link and a code to use to gain access to this block of rooms. TEPSA will no longer make room reservations for presenters. If you have any questions you may contact Joni Carlson at 800-252-3621.

TEPSA room rates: $219 single, $239 double, $249 triple, $259 quad
