Texas PreK-8 principals, assistant principals, teacher leaders and other elementary principal directors and administrators.

How can I make my payment online?
Create or log into your online account at or contact Kristina.

How many badges do I receive with my booth?
Five complimentary badges per 8×10 booth.

How do I order electrical or internet connections?
Complete electricity request form and submit to Renaissance Austin Hotel prior to the conference.

Can we conduct a raffle or drawing at our booth?

Is there a place to display literature outside my booth?
No, distribution of any printed material other than in the exhibitor’s assigned space is prohibited.

How do I become a speaker?
The deadline to submit a topic session is January 31. All proposals will be reviewed and selected by TEPSA members and planning committee. Sessions will be selected based on interest to members and relevance to current education trends and best practices. Acceptance and regret notifications will be sent to the lead presenter mid-March.

Do I need to order carpet?
No, the exhibit hall area is carpeted.
