Transformational Principal Mentor Training
The rigor and challenges unique to campus leadership require that new principals be effective from day one. It is imperative they have support to effectively lead their campus to meet the needs of every learner. An administrator trained specifically to mentor a new principal will positively impact the entire school district. Utilizing a trained mentor is a moral and fiscal responsibility.

Participants will be comprehensively trained to mentor new principals to move beyond the status quo to transformational leadership. Differentiated professional learning will be tailored to participant expertise and the Texas Principal Standards. Participants will develop a deep understanding of effective mentoring protocols and have access to support and guidance for one year.
