Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: I am a campus principal. If I purchase the eAcademy Access Pass, who can use it?
A: Any staff member on your campus.

Q: Can each of my grade level teams login to the live webinar?
A: No. Each campus has ONE live login to each webinar (limited to the first 200 participants).

Q: When will recordings be posted?
A: By 8am on the day immediately following each live webinar.

Q: Who can watch the recordings?
A: Any staff member on a campus with an eAcademy Access Pass.

Q: How many times can the recordings be accessed?
A: Unlimited!

Q: How will we know what apps will be covered in each webinar?
A: Apps will be announced in an email sent to the campus registrant (most likely the campus principal) on the day preceding each live webinar. Apps will also be posted on the eAcademy Access Pass site.

Q: Why don't you just publish a calendar of apps for the year?
A: The App Store adds new apps every single day. We are constantly adjusting our learning calendar to ensure you don't miss the latest and the greatest apps.

Q: How is the eAcademy "hands-on"?
A: Participants will watch the webinar from a laptop or desktop computer while using their iPads to practice the learning being shared.

Q: This sounds great! Can I share my eAcademy Access Pass with another campus principal or campus?
A: No, but you can direct them to the eAcademy home page where they can purchase a pass for their school.

Q: Are the eAcademy materials copyrighted?
A: Yes. The live webinars, recordings, and all accompanying materials are copyrighted. The eAcademy Access Pass provides one live login per campus (available to the first 200 participants), unlimited access to recordings, and all accompanying materials to the registrant and the staff on his/her campus only.
