General Info

  • Check-In begins at 8:30 a.m.
  • Workshop runs from 9 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
  • Catered lunch is provided
  • All materials are provided including a pen

Prices
$51/Person – Includes lunch and materials.
$65/Person – Includes lunch, materials and t-shirt.

How far in advance do I need to register?
Workshops are limited and spaces fill fast. Submit your registration as quickly as possible.

How do I register for a workshop?
Fax completed registration to 512-478-1502 or register online.
Allow 2 weeks processing time for mailed registrations. Do not email your registration form.

When is the deadline to register?
Registration must be submitted 1 week prior to workshop date. Again, please allow 2 weeks processing time for mailed registrations.

I’ve registered for the workshop but need to make changes. What do I do?
Email Kristina your changes. Include the advisor name, school name and the name/location of the workshop you are attending. If you are unable to attend, please email cancellation 48 hours prior to the workshop for a full refund.

Our campus is hosting a workshop. Do I still need to register?
If you are hosting a workshop on your campus, your registration form may only be submitted by fax. The host school discount will be applied once registration has been submitted. Make sure to note you are a host school on the form.

Where do I send payment?
Online payments can be made by credit card or purchase order. Please provide purchase order number at time of registration. You may also pay onsite with cash or check. We accept personal checks if students need to pay for registrations or t-shirts separately. One invoice will reflect all payments received.

How will I know my registration was received?
A confirmation email will be sent to the advisor listed on registration form.

How do I purchase t-shirts?
T-shirts will be available for purchase onsite. There will be a variety of sizes available so you do not need to indicate sizes on registration form. 

What if we have an attendee with special dietary needs?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate special dietary needs. Please bring your own lunch to the workshop.
