General Info:


*        Check-In begins at 8:30 a.m.

*        Workshop runs from 9 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.

*        Catered lunch is provided

*        All materials are provided including a pen



$51/Person – Includes lunch and materials.

$65/Person – Includes lunch, materials and t-shirt.


How far in advance do I need to register?

Spaces are reserved on a first come first served basis. To ensure that your are registered before the workshop becomes full please submit your registration as quickly as possible.


How do I register for a workshop?

Fax your completed registration form to TEPSA at 512-478-1502 or register online.

Allow 2 weeks processing time for mailed registrationsDo not email your registration form.


When is the deadline to register?

Registration must be submitted 1 week prior to workshop date to ensure there are enough materials for each attendee. Again, please allow 2 weeks processing time for mailed registrations.


I’ve registered for the workshop but need to make changes. What do I do?

Email Kristina Jaimes your changes. Make sure to include the advisor name, school name and the name/location of the workshop you are attending. If you are unable to attend, please email cancellation 48 hours prior to the workshop for a full refund.


Hosting Campus

If you are hosting a workshop on your campus, your registration form may only be submitted by fax. The host school discount will be applied once registration has been submitted. Make sure to note that you are a host school on the form.



Online payments can be made by credit card or purchase order. Please provide purchase order number at time of registration. You may pay onsite with cash or check. We accept personal checks if students need to pay for registrations or t-shirts separately.  One invoice will reflect all payments received.


How will I know my registration was received?

A confirmation email will be sent to the advisor listed on the registration form.



T-shirts will be available for purchase onsite. There will be a variety of sizes available so you do not need to indicate sizes on registration form. 


Special Dietary Needs

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate special dietary needs. Please bring your own lunch to the workshop.
